Responsibilities
  • Support the Office Manager in administrative tasks in the operative day to day business
  • Invoice management
  • Creating PO’s and invoices
  • Supervising and timing all incoming and outgoing payments
  • Correspondence with suppliers and customers
  • Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable as well as cash and liquidity management
Skills & Experience
  • Commercial education preferably with or working towards accountancy qualifications
  • Proven track record and experience and knowledge in Excel
  • Expertise in accounting and experience in daily booking
  • You have to have a good understanding of numbers

You must be a team player, self-reliant and responsible, with a ‘can-do’ approach to getting the job done on time and right first time.
